Who is Jon Sharples?
Jon is head coach to TrainSharp. He has been a professional cycle coach with considerable success for some years now, and with over 20years of high level racing experience under his belt, it’s no wonder his athletes all reach their goals.
To be able to reach your potential in a sport he believes that experience with the development of ‘personal’ training programs that are combined with today’s science and ‘your’ personal goal is what has made TrainSharp training programs successfully proven.
Like many passionate or new riders to this sport, Jon too struggled to optimize his training to fit in around life, work and family but with commitment, perseverance and research, managed to get the results.
Jon is the team leader and official sponsor to IN-GEAR QUICKVIT TRAINSHARP which is the leading southeast cycling club and racing team.
He also writes columns for many cycling publications too, including Cycling Weekly.
Jon takes pride in motivating and getting to know his clients where a personal approach is preferred, which is without a doubt ‘the key’ to enhancing a training program to suit you where training time might be limited.
