The first step in any training regime is to identify what you want to achieve. This could be a PB in a time trial, better results in a road race, shaving vital time off the cycle leg of a triathlon, getting to end of a tough sportive or simply improving your current level of fitness.
Once you have made this decision TrainSharp cycle coaching can help you achieve your goals by providing a personal, structured training package. Your contact with TrainSharp will start with an in-depth consultation to establish your current level of fitness. Should you require, this could include a power ‘ramp-test’ using state-of-the-art PowerTap equipment.
On-going consultation by phone, text and email will determine how you are working towards these goals. They can be then be fine-tuned and updated as required. Thereafter, your training plans will be based on the cycle coaching package you select. Whether you want to train to a tight budget or want the full package, you can be assured that TrainSharp will have your interests at heart.
