 No longer is it the case that the fastest, or even the fittest, all-round athlete wins on the day. As triathlon has become more popular, and more competitive this has meant that the training strategies and tactics of competition have become increasingly sophisticated.
TrainSharp have developed training programs to meet the individual needs of the athlete and take into consideration many factors: gender, age, strengths, weaknesses, objectives, training facilities etc.  
As all athletes have different needs, a single generic program  is not suitable for all athletes.

Our Coaching Packages


This stage is ideally targeted to beginners who want to improve. It includes monthly assessments, goal setting and planned training sessions.

For more experienced riders this package includes everything in stage 1 + powermeter file analysis, race tactics and preparation and regular weekly contact.

For expert riders and professionals, this package includes diet and nutrition advice, coaching rides and fitness testing as well as daily contact and advice as required.
