Training for an ultra-distance event is not for the faint hearted, the event itself is extremely demanding and you cant just simply decide to do it! Whether you are training to bike a century or race your bicycle across the country, effective training is essential.
Whatever ultra event you enter it will be tough and there will be times when you want to give up. Fitting the training around work, family commitments and a social life is difficult.

Our Coaching Packages
This stage is ideally targeted to beginners who want to improve. It includes monthly assessments, goal setting and planned training sessions.
For more experienced riders this package includes everything in stage 1 + powermeter file analysis, race tactics and preparation and regular weekly contact.
For expert riders and professionals, this package includes diet and nutrition advice, coaching rides and fitness testing as well as daily contact and advice as required.
