We all like to see our name in lights and we also like to brag about our riders performance. Here you will find the most up to date results from our riders.

MARCH 2011 

TrainSharp athlete of the month is Dr Will Mangar.  Will has remained focused all winter and now has witnessed what a specifically structured training plan has to offer - Will's training has focused on muscular endurance and back ground strength.. 

 27/2/11  SCA Hardriders:     Will stormed round to win the event. 1st Place with a time of 52.26. 2nd Place Conall Yates - 52.45 . TrainSharp win the team prize.  other Trainsharp athletes Trevor Chilman and Carl Richardson test their legs and show great form and training is now ready to move onto the next area ~ speed/strength work.

6/3/11  East  Surrey Hardriders:       Will rode a solid race and controlled efforts. 4th Place. 1.10.04. also took the team prize with Trainsharp athletes Conall Yates and Richard Gifford. 

12/3/11   Q10/22 10mile TT:      Will Blasted the field to win the event. 1st Place with a time of 20.53 ~ this is a power personal best.  Conall Yates 3rd place ~ 21.43.

13/03/11  ESCA Hardriders:      Richard Gifford, Trevor Chilman, Jamie Beale all ride very well. coach is very happy as their numbers are 'up' on last season already!

13/3/11 KCA TTT :  Rye Wheelers super star Bronwen Ewing has shown how she has recovered well from her knee operation. Bronwen, Keeley and Carmen (all coached by TrainSharp) slashed a massif 10minutes from their time set last year. finishing only 1min behind the other female team, a well deserved 2nd place. every one is very happy. well done Girls.

Fantastic ridng by Steve Gooch and his team mates, they performed very well today as up against some of the best competition in Kent. they were well drilled and stuck to their plan like glue ~ finishing in respectable 4th Place.
