These sessions are more than just a workout. They are designed to bring people together of all abilities, to create a sense of community so you inspire and motivate each other to push your fitness to the next level. We want to challenge you. We want you to sweat and work hard but we also want you to have fun at the same time!

At trainSharp, we know the qualities associated with a good bike and that’s why our classes use Keiser M3 spinning bikes. These bikes are high quality, have unparalleled reliability, sleek design and many features to make your workout more efficient.
MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
Each of our instructors are experienced spin instructors with different styles of classes to suit all abilities:
Louise is the instructor for our women only classes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 09:30am.
"I have always loved exercise and keeping fit. After having my first child I was lucky enough to retrain as a personal trainer, turning my passion into a career.
Before training as an instructor, I attended and loved spin classes for many years. They are a fantastic way to improve your fitness levels and have fun at the same time.
It is your ride and you can push yourself as much as you want!"
Hollie is our instructor for the Tuesday and Thursday sessions at 19:30 and the Saturday session at 08:00.
Hollie focuses on high intensity workouts which are designed to really develop your cardiovascular fitness.
These sessions are open to men and women and suitable for Intermediate to Expert levels.
WHERE ARE WE?
Unit 3, Shortgate Industrial Park, The Broyle, Shortgate (near Ringmer), BN8 6PH
Each Spin Fit class with Louise lasts for 60 minutes. The first 45 minutes are carried out on the spin bike. The final 15 minutes include some toning, core and stretching exercises.
Each Spin Fit class with Hollie lasts for 75 minutes. The first 45 minutes are carried out on the spin bike. The final 30 minutes include stretching, toning, core and strength work with TRX bands.
