Having spent many years just riding my bike for fun to reach a level of fitness which enabled me to hang on in third cat road races and survive In-Gear's Wednesday training rides I decided that it was time to put some structure to my training and make the most of the limited time I had available for training.
After initial assessments and discussions to agree goals for the season; Jon created weekly training schedules which were tailored specifically to meet my needs and aspirations. Any changes I need to make due to work and family commitments are made and a revised schedule is provided however short the notice.
Jon's encouragement and motivational skills are exceptional and he has the ability to enable you to reach your goals and then go beyond them. I have made improvements in every race I have competed and achieved a personal best in a "10". Jon has rekindled my enthusiasm for racing and in particular time trials and I now have the belief that I can continue improving.
