Our mountain bike training package is provided Alex Welburn, who is our lead Sport Scientist holding a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science and a MSc in Sports Physiology.
Alex has worked with a range of Ultra-endurance and marathon riders and holds an Elite mountain bike licence. He will be at All of the UK Nationals rounds, so you can be sure you are in very capable hands.
trainSharp plans are bespoke and designed around your goals and time commitments. We can integrate both running and strength & condition work as well as that important core and flexibility.We apply both our scientific knowledge and up to date methods with our years of experience to get you in the best possible shape we can, so you can get those goals you have always dream off.

The fee also covers all of the coaching setup charges. This covers areas such as building your bespoke macro-cycle around your goals and time restraints and creation of your online profile via our training platform.
There is no minimum sign up period so you can use our services for as long, or as short a time as you like. You are free to come and go without cancellation fees or other hidden charges.
