The trainSharp Inspire Talent Package
The trainSharp Inspire Talent Programme Package is a bespoke coaching experience with the sole aim of helping young riders (from the age of 15 years upwards) achieve their dream of being in a position to gain a Professional (pro) contract.
The Inspire Talent Programme Package is based around training and racing with Power. However, it is also available to riders who train with Heart Rate or Perceived Effort.
You will receive all the benefits from our Stage 2 Package along with discounted fitness testing and access to discounted product lines.

The ultimate option for young riders who train and race with power
We are an authorised SRM PowerMeter distributor and are leading experts in training with a PowerMeter. This means we have every facet available to give you the edge and “marginal gains”. With this package Power files are analysed on a daily basis.
Package based around the needs and requirements of a young rider
This package takes full account of the rider’s age and any educational commitments they may have whilst still having the dreams of an aspiring Pro. Our coaching will work around your lifestyle we do not except you to work around our coaching.
Package based around the long term goal of turning Pro
This package takes full account of the rider’s age and any educational commitments they may have whilst still having the dreams of an aspiring Pro. Our coaching will work around your lifestyle we do not except you to work around our coaching.
Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians are an important factor in a young rider’s development and can be involved within the communication as much or as little as they wish (if applicable).

Daily Coach Feedback
You will be able to feedback to your coach on a daily basis and vice-versa. This feedback includes all important factors relating to training and racing. Such as your current fatigue levels, your sleep quality, your general mood and any other factors they may affect your training and racing schedule.
Changes to your plan due to personal schedule
Your plans are built around your time constraints and your race programme. In the event of illness, work commitments or change of race schedule your plans can be changed on a daily basis.
Short and long term goals
We understand and share the dream of you turning Pro. To help you towards this goal your coach will develop short and long term training and racing goals. Age and physical maturity will be taken into account to ensure your goals are exclusive to you.
trainSharp specific workouts
We coach riders from juvenile novice to World Tour riders such as Adam Blythe. We have great experience coaching junior riders and junior teams/riders (Haribo-Beacon, HMT Academy and Catford Banks)

Regular target and goal reviews
Your coach will build a very close working relationship with you which through a variety of methods including your personal feedback, fitness testing, training and racing results your coach will regularly evaluate your targets and goals. They will always be honest with their feedback and if they feel you are not on track for a short, season or longer term goal, they will let you know and more importantly find a way to get you back on target.
Guidance to race tactics
We have guided riders in races from GHS to World Tour (including the Tour de France) we will give you unique guidance to race tactics as and support you throughout your race programme
Pre-race and event preparation
Your coach will design a bespoke pre-race warm up routine and give guidance on event preparation as and when required. These are the same guidelines that heave helped riders to National and World Tour Wins.
Rider to coach and coach to rider communication
You will receive a weekly plan (which includes daily re-writes if required) from your coach. The communication via email, phone, text and WhatsApp is unlimited.

Physiological Testing and field testing
trainSharp lab and field tests are all subject to discount with this package. This includes tracking and setting power and heart rate training zones.
Consultation regarding equipment and bike fit
When requested, we will give you guidance on bike and training equipment and will also advise you about your bike position. Please note this does not include a bike fit however, we do offer this service.
Integrated strength plan
Depending on the rider goals and period of the year this package also offers the option of integrated strength plans.
Nutritional Coaching and advice
We will share their extensive nutritional knowledge and advice with you. For specific nutritional requirements we can arrange for blood tests and appointments with a Nutritionist.
